Assistant / Manager

About the role
⭐ Lead and develop a team of 5–10 administrators, fostering excellence and collaboration
⭐ Build and manage strong relationships with high-value clients and professional advisers
⭐ Act as a director and authorised signatory for client companies

What you’ll bring
⭐ Minimum 10 years’ trust management experience
⭐ Professional qualification (STEP, ICSA, or equivalent)
⭐ Proven leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
⭐ Strong commercial awareness and sound judgment in complex situations

Desirable
⭐ Board-level or directorship experience
⭐ Understanding of CRS/FATCA and global fiduciary best practices
⭐ Confident presenting, mentoring, and driving new business opportunities
