Support the Offshore Client Real Estate team by analysing, structuring and managing real estate lending transactions for high-net-worth clients, family offices and property investors.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Build financial models, cash flow forecasts and pricing analysis for lending decisions
⭐ Prepare credit papers, term sheets and support loan structuring
⭐ Analyse new lending opportunities, financial performance and property due diligence
⭐ Manage existing loan portfolios, annual reviews and client requests
⭐ Liaise with internal teams, clients and advisers throughout the lending process
What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
⭐ Knowledge of real estate finance, lending principles and credit analysis
⭐ Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
⭐ Property lending experience and ACA, CFA or RICS qualifications are advantageous
