Support the Banking Operations team in maintaining day-to-day operational activities during a period of significant business transformation. This role offers exposure to international payments, treasury operations and banking processes within a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Process and authorise SWIFT payments, treasury transactions and client deposits
⭐ Monitor payment screening systems, investigate queries and resolve exceptions
⭐ Process transfers, FX transactions, direct debits and standing orders
⭐ Monitor operational systems and central inboxes to ensure timely processing
⭐ Support business-as-usual operations and assist with projects and process improvements
⭐ Provide cover across the Operations team and develop knowledge across multiple functions
What you’ll need:
⭐ Previous banking operations experience with strong payments knowledge
⭐ Understanding of SWIFT, treasury operations and payment screening processes
⭐ Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, including sanctions and AML considerations
⭐ Strong attention to detail, numeracy and organisational skills
⭐ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
⭐ Proactive approach with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
