Support the administration of fund clients by delivering high-quality client service, coordinating payments and reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance while contributing to the smooth running of the Funds team.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Respond to client queries and prepare client correspondence and payments
⭐ Support payment processes, bank platform access and account reconciliations
⭐ Prepare client reports, board papers and regulatory returns
⭐ Assist with insurance renewals and general client administration
⭐ Supervise junior team members and support day-to-day office operations
What you’ll need:
⭐ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar financial services role
⭐ Studying towards or holding a relevant professional qualification
⭐ Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
⭐ Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
⭐ High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
