Lead the planning and delivery of retail marketing activity, driving local campaigns, store launches and customer engagement to support commercial growth.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Develop and deliver retail marketing plans and local campaigns
⭐ Coordinate UK store launches, promotions and community marketing initiatives
⭐ Act as the key marketing contact for store managers, providing campaign support and guidance
⭐ Manage local media, social, PR and in-store marketing activity
⭐ Monitor campaign performance, sales data and marketing budgets to optimise results
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, ideally in retail, FMCG, hospitality or multi-site businesses
⭐ Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
⭐ Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management abilities
⭐ Experience across print, digital, social, email, PR and POS marketing
⭐ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
⭐ Willingness to travel regularly to UK store locations
