Manager – Fund Administration


Provide administration and company secretarial services to a portfolio of real estate and private equity fund clients, while supporting team leadership and client delivery.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact
⭐ Review board packs, minutes, regulatory filings, and treasury transactions
⭐ Oversee fund lifecycle events, including closings, transfers, and investment transactions
⭐ Monitor workloads, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
⭐ Review team output and maintain quality control standards

What you’ll need:
⭐ 5+ years’ fund administration experience
⭐ Strong knowledge of fund structures and administration processes
⭐ Experience reviewing company secretarial and regulatory work
⭐ Leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
⭐ CGI qualification (or similar), or willingness to study towards one
⭐ Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
