Key responsibilities:
⭐ Processing administration requests for corporate plans and individual policies accurately and within agreed timescales
⭐ Building strong relationships with clients and brokers, responding to queries promptly
⭐ Preparing and reviewing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
⭐ Monitoring outstanding debts and escalating issues where required
⭐ Coordinating and maintaining client due diligence documentation
⭐ Liaising with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and promoting online services
What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong communication and customer service skills
⭐ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
⭐ Ability to use initiative and identify process improvements
⭐ Flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to meet deadlines
⭐ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
⭐ Previous administration or client service experience is beneficial, but not essential for school leavers
