Key responsibilities:
⭐ Processing administration requests for corporate plans and individual policies accurately and within agreed timescales
⭐ Building relationships with clients and brokers, responding to queries promptly and professionally
⭐ Preparing and reviewing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
⭐ Coordinating and maintaining client due diligence documentation
⭐ Monitoring outstanding debts and escalating issues where appropriate
⭐ Liaising with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and promoting online services
