Key responsibilities:
⭐ Leading and supporting a team delivering financial crime supervision and regulatory initiatives
⭐ Overseeing on-site inspections, thematic reviews and event-driven supervisory activity
⭐ Reviewing inspection findings, risk mitigation programmes and regulatory recommendations
⭐ Analysing supervisory data and identifying emerging risks, trends and sector themes
⭐ Contributing to the development of financial crime policy, legislation and guidance
⭐ Supporting staff development, coaching and performance management
What you’ll need:
⭐ Significant experience in financial crime, compliance, AML/CFT or regulatory supervision within financial services
⭐ Strong leadership and people management skills
⭐ Excellent knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks and a pragmatic approach to applying regulation
⭐ Strong analytical, report writing and decision-making abilities
⭐ Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting to a variety of audiences
⭐ Ability to manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
