Lead the compliance team while providing expert regulatory advice and support to a diverse portfolio of clients. This role includes holding key regulatory appointments, overseeing compliance services and contributing to the strategic growth of the business.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Act as MLRO, MLCO and CO for a range of licensed entities
⭐ Provide compliance advice, health checks, training and regulatory support to clients
⭐ Draft and review policies, procedures and regulatory documentation
⭐ Lead, mentor and develop members of the compliance team
⭐ Support business development activities and contribute to the firm’s compliance strategy
What you’ll need:
⭐ Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICA) or significant equivalent experience
⭐ Previous experience in a senior compliance role within Guernsey’s regulatory environment
⭐ Experience holding MLRO, MLCO or CO appointments
⭐ Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
⭐ Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality regulatory advice
