Support the administration of private wealth and family office structures, delivering high-quality fiduciary services while assisting with client relationships, team supervision and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage a portfolio of trust and company structures
⭐ Act as a key contact for clients and professional advisers
⭐ Support client onboarding and ongoing administration
⭐ Supervise and support junior team members
⭐ Ensure compliance with AML/CFT and internal policies
⭐ Assist with billing, audits and process improvements
What you’ll need:
⭐ 3–5 years’ fiduciary, private wealth or corporate services experience
⭐ STEP, CGIUKI qualification (or studying towards)
⭐ Strong trust and company administration knowledge
⭐ Team supervision experience
⭐ Excellent organisation and communication skills
