Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leaders, helping to improve operational efficiency, client service and business development activities.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and business schedules
⭐ Prepare, format and proofread documents, presentations and correspondence
⭐ Support client onboarding, file management and compliance processes
⭐ Assist with billing, expenses, WIP monitoring and debt management
⭐ Coordinate business development activities, events and client meetings
⭐ Maintain accurate CRM records and stakeholder information
⭐ Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
What you’ll need:
⭐ Previous Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting Partners or senior executives
⭐ Excellent organisational and communication skills
⭐ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
⭐ High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
⭐ Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
⭐ Experience within a legal or professional services environment preferred
