Senior Trust Administrator


An independent and privately owned trust company is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator to join its Guernsey team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of trust and corporate structures while supporting junior team members and delivering a high level of client service.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Administering a portfolio of trust and corporate structures
⭐ Processing client banking instructions and day-to-day transactions
⭐ Preparing written communications including minutes, emails and correspondence
⭐ Supporting client onboarding and maintaining awareness of associated risks
⭐ Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client matters
⭐ Assisting with cash collection, debtor control and time recording
⭐ Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What you’ll need:
⭐ Minimum 2 years’ experience within trust and corporate services
⭐ Studying towards or holding a relevant qualification such as STEP, CGI or ACCA
⭐ Strong organisational and communication skills
⭐ Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage competing priorities
⭐ Proactive and solutions-focused approach
⭐ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
