Lead the accounting service line for Funds & Corporate clients, providing technical accounting oversight, financial reporting expertise, and leadership across teams within a regulated fiduciary environment.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Oversee preparation and review of financial statements and management reports (IFRS/UK GAAP)
⭐ Provide technical accounting guidance and support to clients and internal teams
⭐ Liaise with clients, auditors and stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and audit completion
⭐ Support team development, performance management and process improvements
⭐ Contribute to new business, client meetings and strategic initiatives
What you’ll need:
⭐ ACA, ACCA (or equivalent) with strong accounting experience
⭐ Knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP and financial reporting standards
⭐ Experience managing and developing teams
⭐ Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
⭐ Proactive, adaptable and client-focused approach
