Support the financial aspects of property conveyancing within a small, collaborative finance team, ensuring accuracy and smooth day-to-day treasury operations.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Administer financial transactions for property conveyancing
⭐ Manage client and office bank accounts
⭐ Record transactions using finance systems (Elite 3E)
⭐ Process treasury transactions, including transfers and funding movements
⭐ Support fee earners with reporting queries and shared inbox management
What you’ll need:
⭐ GCSE Maths (Grade B or equivalent)
⭐ Previous finance/admin experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
⭐ Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is desirable
⭐ Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
⭐ Positive, proactive team player with strong communication skills
⭐ Confidence to take ownership and adapt in a new role
