Lead complex client relationships within the trust team, providing strategic oversight, technical expertise, and leadership while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage key client relationships, anticipating client needs and delivering exceptional service
⭐ Lead complex transactions and communicate advice clearly to stakeholders at all levels
⭐ Support team managers and act as a link between managers and directors
⭐ Provide strategic input on budgets, recoveries, and internal reporting
⭐ Assist with new client pitches, onboarding, and business development opportunities
⭐ Contribute to internal projects, steering groups, and process improvements
What you’ll need:
⭐ Extensive trust industry experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role
⭐ STEP, CGI, or other relevant professional qualification
⭐ Strong technical expertise in trust structures and complex transactions
⭐ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Strong analytical thinking and ability to review complex documentation
