Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office and reception area, delivering a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and colleagues.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage the day-to-day running of the office and communal areas, including kitchen and bathrooms
⭐ Provide reception cover, welcoming visitors and coordinating incoming and outgoing post
⭐ Operate the switchboard, filtering and redirecting calls appropriately
⭐ Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery and essential stock
⭐ Arrange and support client meetings, including travel, lunches and taxis where required
⭐ Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests as needed
