Key responsibilities:
⭐ Provide high-standard nursing care across all areas of practice
⭐ Monitor anaesthesia and support surgical procedures
⭐ Deliver medical nursing and patient care
⭐ Support client communication and education
⭐ Develop and implement nursing protocols and SOPs
⭐ Mentor support staff and student nurses
⭐ Contribute to practice management and team development
⭐ Support out-of-hours emergency care on a fair rota
