Key responsibilities:

⭐ Oversee workflow efficiency and support the wider team in delivering high-quality service
⭐ Ensure accurate processing and maintenance of policy and client records
⭐ Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
⭐ Provide guidance and operational support to colleagues
