Fund Operations


The successful candidate will work across fund administration, valuations, and client servicing, offering exposure to hedge funds, segregated portfolios, and international structures.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Assist with day-to-day oversight of investment management entities
⭐ Review fund NAVs and liaise with administrators and custodians
⭐ Monitor investments for compliance with fund restrictions
⭐ Help resolve trade breaks and settlement issues
⭐ Support audits and prepare investor reporting (fact sheets, performance updates)

What you’ll bring:
⭐ Fund admin, ops, or accounting background (ideal but not essential)
⭐ Excellent Excel skills and a keen eye for numbers
⭐ Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple relationships
⭐ Comfortable adopting new technology and improving processes
