Key Responsibilities:
⭐ Identify and secure new property lending opportunities
⭐ Structure and negotiate commercial and development finance deals
⭐ Assess financial information, property risks and credit proposals
⭐ Build relationships with property investors, developers and advisers
What You’ll Need:
⭐ Proven experience originating UK or Channel Islands property lending
⭐ Strong development finance and deal structuring expertise
⭐ Established industry connections and excellent negotiation skills
⭐ Commercial awareness and strong financial analysis abilities
