Provide high-quality member administration and customer service by supporting the day-to-day administration of local and international pension schemes and ensuring member requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Act as the first point of contact for members via phone, email and face-to-face enquiries
⭐ Process member requests, maintain records and prepare member correspondence
⭐ Calculate and process pension benefits, including online benefit payments
⭐ Maintain accurate membership records and update administration systems
⭐ Deliver excellent customer service while handling confidential member information
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in pensions, funds, trust, banking or a customer service environment is desirable
⭐ GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths (Grade C or above); further qualifications are an advantage
⭐ Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
⭐ Strong communication, organisational and numeracy skills
⭐ Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise work independently and as part of a team
