Accounts Administrator


Support the finance function by maintaining accurate accounting records, producing management accounts and delivering efficient accounts payable, receivable and month-end processes.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage sales and purchase ledger activities, including credit control and invoicing
⭐ Process supplier invoices, manual payments and bank reconciliations
⭐ Prepare month-end accounts and management reporting
⭐ Respond to finance queries and support ad hoc accounting projects
⭐ Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company procedures

What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in an accounts or finance role with knowledge of accounting software
⭐ Ability to prepare management accounts, including trial balance, P&L and balance sheet
⭐ Good understanding of banking systems and reconciliations
⭐ Strong organisational, problem-solving and time management skills
⭐ Positive team player with the ability to work independently
