Front Office Support


Provide front office and operational support across the Guernsey office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations while delivering excellent service to colleagues and visitors.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage reception, meeting rooms, post, couriers and office supplies
⭐ Coordinate meetings, board packs, travel arrangements and office events
⭐ Support document management, filing, archive retrieval and file reviews
⭐ Liaise with landlords, contractors and service providers to maintain office facilities
⭐ Assist with projects and administrative support across the business

What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and business systems (NavOne desirable)
⭐ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⭐ Ability to multitask, work independently and manage competing priorities
⭐ Proactive, reliable and service-focused approach with an interest in technology
