Support HR delivery across multiple jurisdictions, managing core employee lifecycle processes and contributing to compliance, engagement, and HR operations.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage onboarding, performance, development, and exits
⭐ Handle employee relations queries and support managers
⭐ Support recruitment and talent planning
⭐ Assist with L&D and training delivery
⭐ Maintain HR systems and reporting accuracy
What you’ll need:
⭐ CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
⭐ HR generalist experience, ideally in financial services
⭐ Strong employee relations knowledge
⭐ Multi-jurisdiction experience (desirable)
⭐ Strong communication and organisation skills
