Provide operational and administrative support to Relationship Managers and High-Net-Worth clients, ensuring exceptional client service, efficient transaction processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Support Relationship Managers with day-to-day client servicing and portfolio administration
⭐ Assist with client onboarding, account opening, KYC/CDD reviews and risk assessments
⭐ Process payments, foreign exchange, securities transactions and fixed deposits
⭐ Support AML, compliance reviews, transaction monitoring and account maintenance activities
⭐ Act as a key point of contact for clients, internal teams and operational queries
What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
⭐ Client-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills
⭐ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a regulated environment
⭐ Analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of risk and compliance requirements
⭐ Level 4 qualification (or willingness to study towards one) preferred
