⭐ Manage incoming calls, visitor registration, mail and courier services
⭐ Support meeting room setup, office supplies and facilities administration
⭐ Assist with general administrative tasks, event support and travel bookings
⭐ Maintain a welcoming, organised and efficient office environment
What you’ll need:
⭐ Previous reception, customer service or administrative experience
⭐ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
⭐ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital systems
⭐ Professional, proactive and team-focused approach
