A growing and independent financial services business is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across private equity, private debt and real estate structures within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Preparing and reviewing management accounts and annual financial statements
⭐ Reviewing reconciliations, investor reporting and fund transactions
⭐ Assisting with drawdowns, distributions and treasury reporting
⭐ Liaising with auditors, tax advisers and third-party providers
⭐ Supporting junior team members and contributing to process improvements
What you’ll need:
⭐ ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist with relevant fund accounting experience
⭐ Experience working with private capital structures such as private equity, debt or real estate funds
⭐ Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail
⭐ Excellent organisational and communication skills
