Key responsibilities:
⭐ Administer funds, management companies, and related structures
⭐ Coordinate company secretarial tasks, including meetings and minutes
⭐ Process fund operations and maintain accurate investor records
⭐ Handle payments, bank account administration, and filings
⭐ Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams
⭐ Support and mentor junior staff
What you’ll need:
⭐ 3–4 years’ experience in fund administration or financial services
⭐ Working towards a relevant qualification (e.g. CGI or equivalent)
⭐ Strong organisational and communication skills
⭐ Good IT and financial services knowledge
