Lead the Risk & Compliance framework for captive insurance operations.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Act as Head of Risk & Compliance and MLRO
⭐ Oversee AML/CFT and regulatory compliance
⭐ Liaise with regulator and attend board meetings
⭐ Provide risk reporting and maintain registers
⭐ Lead the Risk & Compliance team
⭐ Promote strong compliance culture
What you’ll need:
⭐ Compliance and financial crime qualifications
⭐ Senior compliance or risk experience
⭐ Knowledge of Guernsey regulations
⭐ MLRO or financial crime experience
⭐ Strong stakeholder and leadership skills
