A professional services firm is seeking an Accounts Officer to join its finance team, supporting the preparation of accounts and maintenance of financial records across a varied client portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Prepare financial statements for trusts and companies
⭐ Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and supporting documentation
⭐ Perform bank and investment reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
⭐ Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
⭐ Liaise with clients and external professionals where required
⭐ Support team members and contribute to ongoing projects
What you’ll need:
⭐ 2-3 years’ experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
⭐ Part-qualified or studying towards ACCA/ACA (or similar)
⭐ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
⭐ Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
⭐ Good communication skills and a professional approach
⭐ Familiarity with accounting systems and Microsoft Office
