Temporary Operations Assistant


Supporting the day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring a safe and efficient office environment.

⭐START: ASAP | END: TBC⭐

What you’ll do:
⭐ Provide operational support to ensure smooth front and back of house services
⭐ Manage facilities tasks including maintenance, supplies, post and helpdesk queries
⭐ Support health & safety, space planning and workplace compliance
⭐ Assist with onboarding, client experience and event support
⭐ Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain efficient operations
⭐ Contribute to process improvements and workplace initiatives

What you’ll need:
⭐ Previous operations, facilities or administrative experience
⭐ Strong organisational and multitasking skills
⭐ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
⭐ Proficient in Microsoft Office
⭐ Flexible, proactive and able to work as part of a team
⭐ Understanding of facilities or health & safety (desirable)
