Support administration of corporate client structures within private equity and real estate portfolios.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Administer client structures and maintain accurate records
⭐ Liaise with lawyers, banks, accountants and internal teams
⭐ Prepare correspondence, minutes and statutory filings
⭐ Support invoicing and follow up on fee collections
⭐ Assist with accounts queries and compliance reviews
⭐ Maintain client files and support regulatory reporting
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in fiduciary, finance or professional services administration
⭐ Strong organisation and attention to detail
⭐ Good communication and client service skills
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
⭐ Willingness to study toward STEP or CGI qualification
⭐ Ability to manage multiple deadlines
