Administrator, Regulatory Operations


A professional services firm is seeking a Client Onboarding Administrator to join its regulatory operations team. This role focuses on delivering client due diligence processes and supporting onboarding activities across a range of jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Carry out client due diligence and screening checks for new and existing clients
⭐ Review and analyse information, identifying any areas requiring further investigation
⭐ Liaise with internal teams and clients to collect and verify documentation
⭐ Manage onboarding timelines and follow up on outstanding requirements
⭐ Support remediation of existing client records where needed
⭐ Respond to queries and assist with ongoing compliance processes

What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in AML, CDD or client onboarding (typically 1–3 years)
⭐ Understanding of regulatory requirements and client structures
⭐ Strong communication and organisational skills
⭐ Good analytical ability and attention to detail
⭐ Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
⭐ Knowledge of relevant systems and Microsoft Office
