A leading professional services firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its People team. This role focuses on employee relations, policy development and process improvement, helping to deliver a positive and compliant employee experience across the business.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Act as a subject matter expert on employee relations and HR policies
⭐ Manage and oversee employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
⭐ Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
⭐ Monitor trends and provide insights on employee relations matters
⭐ Advise and support managers on HR processes and best practice
⭐ Assist with regulatory compliance, reporting and internal HR initiatives
⭐ Contribute to training and development across the organisation
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and policy
⭐ Understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice
⭐ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Experience using HR systems and tools
⭐ CIPD Level 3 or above qualification
⭐ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
