Private Client Assistant Manager


An independent fiduciary services provider is seeking a Private Client Assistant Manager to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of client structures while supporting and developing a team within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage a portfolio of trust and company structures, ensuring high service standards
⭐ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries
⭐ Oversee transactions, payments and related administrative activities
⭐ Prepare documentation including minutes, resolutions and supporting records
⭐ Support onboarding of new business and ongoing client processes
⭐ Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support
⭐ Assist with team operations, reporting and internal processes

What you’ll need:
⭐ 7+ years’ experience in trust or fiduciary services
⭐ Good understanding of regulatory requirements and client structures
⭐ Excellent communication and relationship management skills
⭐ Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
⭐ Ability to manage workload and support team members effectively
⭐ Relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP/CGI/ACCA) preferred
