Senior Trust Officer


A global financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Trust Officer to join its fiduciary team in a high-impact role offering exposure to complex client structures. No timesheet requirements.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Administer a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring high service standards
⭐ Act as a key point of contact for clients, advisers and internal teams
⭐ Prepare and review documentation, including minutes, resolutions and transactions
⭐ Review financial information and support ongoing client activity
⭐ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
⭐ Attend client meetings and support relationship management

What you’ll need:
⭐ Around 5+ years’ experience in trust or fiduciary services
⭐ Strong understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and client structures
⭐ Excellent communication and relationship management skills
⭐ Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
⭐ Professional qualification (e.g. STEP/CGI) or working towards preferred
⭐ Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
