A professional services organisation is seeking a Knowledge Management Administrator to join its team. This role will support the development and maintenance of internal knowledge resources, helping to improve access to information across the business.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Maintain and update internal knowledge systems and databases
⭐ Support the creation and organisation of documents, templates and guidance materials
⭐ Assist with legal or technical research requests from internal teams
⭐ Manage internal resources, ensuring content is accurate and up to date
⭐ Help promote effective use of knowledge tools across the organisation
⭐ Support training materials and best practice documentation
