A growing digital-focused organisation is seeking a Data Engineer to join its team, supporting the development of its internal data platform. This role will play a key part in delivering reliable data solutions to support business decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Design and maintain data pipelines to process and deliver data from multiple sources
⭐ Develop and manage data models within a centralised data warehouse
⭐ Build and optimise ETL/ELT workflows for efficient data processing
⭐ Maintain and enhance cloud-based data architecture
⭐ Implement data quality checks and monitoring processes
⭐ Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver clean, structured datasets
⭐ Integrate external data sources and APIs into the data platform
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience building data pipelines and working with large datasets
⭐ Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data modelling principles
⭐ Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery or similar)
⭐ Knowledge of Python or similar tools for data processing
⭐ Understanding of data quality, testing and performance optimisation
