Key responsibilities:
⭐ Assist with the day-to-day administration of trusts and corporate entities
⭐ Prepare documentation such as minutes, agreements and related records
⭐ Liaise with clients, intermediaries and financial institutions
⭐ Support investment transactions, including purchases, sales and related paperwork
⭐ Process payments, distributions and invoices
⭐ Maintain client due diligence records and ensure documentation is up to date
