Trust Administrator


A well-established fiduciary services provider is seeking a Trust Officer to join its team, supporting the delivery of high-quality administration across a portfolio of client structures.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
⭐ Administer a portfolio of trusts and companies in line with service standards
⭐ Review financial information and documentation for senior oversight
⭐ Process transactions including payments, distributions and asset transfers
⭐ Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls
⭐ Provide guidance and support to junior team members where appropriate

What you’ll need:
⭐ Solid experience within a fiduciary or trust administration environment
⭐ Good understanding of trust and company structures
⭐ Strong written and verbal communication skills
⭐ Progress towards, or completion of, a relevant professional qualification
⭐ Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently
