Taking on this role, the successful candidate will support the review of credit card applications and provide assistance to customers with a range of account related queries.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Review and assess credit card applications, including relevant checks and limit assessments
⭐ Support customers with onboarding and digital account services
⭐ Respond to enquiries via email, phone and other communication channels
⭐ Assist with queries relating to credit card transactions and account activity
⭐ Investigate and help resolve customer disputes
⭐ Support operational tasks such as direct debit setup and account administration

⭐ Interest in developing knowledge of financial services and fraud prevention
