Claims Administrator


Taking on this role, the successful candidate will support the processing and administration of insurance claims while ensuring a high standard of service for clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Process and manage a range of insurance claims within agreed service timelines
⭐ Provide administrative support across the claims function
⭐ Respond to queries from clients, brokers and internal teams
⭐ Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
⭐ Liaise with external partners such as reinsurers and medical professionals
⭐ Ensure work is completed in line with regulatory and internal procedures

What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
⭐ Excellent organisational and time management skills
⭐ Good communication and relationship-building abilities
⭐ Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
⭐ Analytical and problem-solving skills
⭐ Willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification
