Specialist – Administration, Private Equity


A global financial services organisation is seeking a new team member to manage complex fund structures, support key client relationships, and contribute to operational excellence across the department.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage complex private equity structures and investor administration
⭐ Oversee capital calls, distributions, transfers and related reporting
⭐ Perform cash management, reconciliations and FX processing
⭐ Support company secretarial activities including board support and SPV setup
⭐ Build strong relationships with clients, advisers and internal teams
⭐ Present operational matters at meetings where required
⭐ Ensure compliance with AML/KYC, regulatory and internal control frameworks

What you’ll need:
⭐ Proven private equity or fund administration experience
⭐ Strong understanding of relevant company and partnership legislation
⭐ Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
⭐ Demonstrated leadership and team support capability
⭐ Strong analytical, organisational and Excel skills
⭐ Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
