Joining a Private Equity Operations team, the role holder will support a large, active investment portfolio across multiple fund structures, delivering high-quality administration and client service within agreed timeframes.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Administer private equity and related fund structures
⭐ Maintain investment and portfolio records, including transactions and valuations
⭐ Perform cash management, reconciliations and bookkeeping tasks
⭐ Support preparation of client and investor reporting
⭐ Liaise with investment advisers, clients and internal teams
⭐ Monitor shared mailboxes and complete assigned tasks
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in private equity or fund administration
⭐ Relevant financial services qualification (or studying towards)
⭐ Strong organisational and time management skills
⭐ Confident using systems and learning new platforms
⭐ Client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
⭐ Ability to prioritise and work collaboratively
