HR Co-ordinator


Provide administrative and advisory support across the People function, supporting the full colleague lifecycle and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, systems and compliance
⭐ Maintain accurate HR records and support data audits
⭐ Respond to People queries and support policies and handbooks
⭐ Manage right-to-work, references and background checks
⭐ Liaise with Payroll and Finance on starters, leavers and changes

What you’ll need:
⭐ Previous experience in an HR / People administration role
⭐ Strong knowledge of HR lifecycle processes
⭐ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
⭐ Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office
⭐ Professional, discreet and proactive approach
