Key Responsibilities
⭐ Administer a portfolio of trust and company structures
⭐ Support oversight of statutory filings and regulatory requirements
⭐ Liaise with banks, advisers, tax specialists, and intermediaries
⭐ Monitor accounts progress and coordinate with accounting teams
⭐ Review banking arrangements and documentation
⭐ Assist with board reporting and authorised signatory duties
What You’ll Need
⭐ Strong trust experience with sound technical knowledge
⭐ STEP/CGI qualified (or equivalent)
⭐ Understanding of tax, registry, and governance requirements
⭐ Excellent communication and relationship management skills
⭐ Commercial awareness and attention to detail
⭐ Digital asset knowledge is helpful but full training will be provided
