Key Responsibilities
⭐ Administer a portfolio of trust and company entities
⭐ Maintain statutory records and ensure accurate client data
⭐ Support bookkeeping and liaise with accounting teams
⭐ Process payments and monitor client bank accounts
⭐ Coordinate with clients, advisers, banks, and intermediaries
⭐ Assist with incorporations and establishment of structures

What You’ll Need
⭐ Experience in trust and company administration
⭐ Working towards or holding STEP/CGI (or equivalent)
⭐ Understanding of fiduciary regulatory requirements
⭐ Strong organisational and communication skills
⭐ Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
