This role will manage the SME platform, underwriting new and existing business within agreed risk appetite while supporting growth and retention.
Key responsibilities:

⭐ Identify and convert new and existing business opportunities
⭐ Manage an underwriting portfolio and support team KPIs
What you’ll need:
⭐ Underwriting or insurance industry experience
⭐ CII qualifications desirable
⭐ Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
⭐ Customer-focused and able to work independently
