Learning and Development Manager


Lead and deliver a structured learning and development approach aligned to business priorities, ensuring learning is effective, measurable and embedded across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
⭐ Develop and deliver the L&D strategy
⭐ Design and deliver leadership, professional and mandatory learning
⭐ Own and manage the learning management system
⭐ Partner with senior leaders on development needs
⭐ Use learning data to measure impact and drive improvement

What You’ll Need:
⭐ Proven experience in a senior L&D role
⭐ Experience designing and delivering L&D strategies
⭐ Strong stakeholder management skills
⭐ Experience managing learning systems
⭐ Excellent communication and organisational skills
